Nomad Terms of Use

1. About Nomad

Nomad is a mobile application that helps professionals discover quiet workspaces in central London, including hotel lobbies, libraries, cafes, and similar venues.

The Service provides location information, amenities data, and user reviews for short work sessions (typically 30 to 90 minutes). Nomad does not own, operate, or control listed venues.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Nomad (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Nomad.

3. Nature of the Service

Nomad may provide curated location information, amenities data, user reviews, and featured listings.

Nomad does not guarantee seat availability, Wi-Fi quality, power outlet access, or entry to any venue. Access is subject to each venue's own policies and discretion.

Unless explicitly stated, Nomad is not a booking agent.

4. User Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Service, scrape data at scale without authorization, reverse engineer the app, or upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

We may remove content or restrict access where we reasonably determine a violation.

6. Reviews and User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or comments, you represent the content is accurate and based on real experience.

You retain ownership of your content and grant Nomad a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and use the content to operate and promote the Service.

7. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may collect account, location, usage, and submission data as described in that policy. Commercial analytics outputs are based on aggregated and anonymized data.

8. Sponsored and Commercial Content

The Service may include sponsored listings, paid promotions, and advertising content. Sponsored content will be identified where legally required.

Nomad is not responsible for products, services, or experiences provided by third-party venues.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.

Use of any venue is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nomad is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we discontinue the Service.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including branding, logos, design, software, and content (excluding user content), are owned by Nomad or its licensors.

You may not commercially exploit the Service without prior written permission.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
