Nomad helps professionals discover quiet workspaces in central London.

For the purposes of UK GDPR and EU GDPR, Nomad Labs is the data controller for personal data collected through the Service.

We collect data needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

  • Account information (such as name, email, and authentication identifiers)
  • Location and search data (if permission is granted)
  • Usage and technical data (pages viewed, device/browser, app version)
  • Reviews and submissions (ratings, comments, images, timestamps)
  • Communications (email and message content when you contact us)

We do not track continuous background location.

We may generate anonymized, aggregated insights such as workspace popularity trends, peak usage periods, area-level demand patterns, and review sentiment trends.

This analytics data is designed not to identify individuals and may be used for internal improvement and commercial licensing. We do not sell identifiable personal data.

We may use essential cookies and product analytics tools. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

We do not currently use invasive third-party behavioral ad tracking.

7. Data Sharing

We may share personal data with hosting, database, authentication, and analytics providers, and with regulators or law enforcement where legally required.

These providers process data on our behalf under contractual and legal safeguards.

  • Account data: until account deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)

Nomad is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), as applicable.
